One Pitstop strategy for Rubens Barrichello and Jenson Button proved a huge success in the Italian GP. Barrichello became champion followed by Button. Meanwhile, Lewis Hamilton failed to take the podium after slipping on the last lap.
Barrichello was the fastest in the race, Sunday (13.9.2009), after starting the race from fifth position. For drivers who were familiarly called Rubinho This is the second time this season he was champion.
Button while finishing in second position. This is the first time he climbed the podium again since the Turkish GP. Brawn Grand Prix drivers themselves using only one Pitstop, unlike its closest rival in Monza that uses two Pitstop.
Kimi Räikkönen who started the race from third place to maintain that position. This can not be separated from the incident of Hamilton in the last lap when the McLaren driver three positions.
Adrian Sutil who appeared okay at free practice session successfully finish in fourth position after starting the race from position two. While Fernando Alonso of Renault was in position five.
